The Problem

On-chain leverage forces users to accept liquidation risk, maintenance margin and funding costs, while decentralised stablecoins on Solana either depend on centralised reserves or on an incentive flywheel that unwinds under stress.

The Solution

Hylo pools yield-bearing collateral and partitions it into hyUSD, a stable claim, and xSOL, which absorbs 100% of the pool's price exposure. xSOL holders get leveraged SOL with no liquidation engine and no funding rate; hyUSD holders get a stable asset overcollateralised by the same pool, with yield routed to those who stake it as first-loss capital.

Why it Matters

No per-position liquidations, no funding cost, and no governance token. Six fee-driven rebalance zones defend the collateral ratio automatically, minting is blocked outside the healthy band, and every token mint is program-controlled with no freeze authority anywhere in the system.
