The Problem

Stablecoins deposited into lending markets earn yield but the resulting receipt tokens sit idle — the capital is locked into a single use, and unlocking liquidity means giving up the yield by withdrawing.

The Solution

Resupply accepts those yield-bearing lending receipts as CDP collateral and mints reUSD against them. The collateral keeps accruing its underlying lending yield while pledged, and the borrow rate is contractually pinned to half the lend rate (or half the risk-free rate, or 2%, whichever is greater), so the position carries positively by construction.

Why it Matters

Unlike CDP protocols that take spot assets, Resupply's collateral is a claim on another lending market, a second layer of capital efficiency stacked on an existing one. It is backed operationally by Convex and Yearn as their joint subDAO, inherits the Prisma community, and defends its peg with a communal redemption mechanism that has been operator-gated above $0.985 since February 2026.
